Our Procedures
Surgical Transformation, Tailored to You.
GLP LIFT offers a comprehensive suite of body contouring and skin removal procedures for patients who have achieved significant weight loss through GLP-1 medications or bariatric surgery.
Why Post-Weight-Loss Surgery Is Different
Massive weight loss — whether through GLP-1 medications like semaglutide or bariatric surgery — is a profound achievement. But it often leaves behind excess skin, deflated tissue, and contour irregularities that diet and exercise cannot address.
GLP LIFT specializes exclusively in this patient population. Our surgical approach is designed around the unique anatomy of post-weight-loss bodies — combining skin removal, liposuction, fat grafting, and restoration procedures into a cohesive, personalized plan.
Target Area
Abdomen
The most transformative area after weight loss.
Excess abdominal skin and a weakened abdominal wall are among the most common concerns after massive weight loss. GLP LIFT offers the full spectrum of abdominal procedures — from targeted panniculectomy to comprehensive tummy tuck techniques — tailored to your anatomy and goals.
Removal of the pannus — the apron of excess skin and fat that hangs below the belly button. A functional and aesthetic procedure that eliminates skin irritation, rashes, and hygiene challenges caused by overhanging skin.
Target Area
Breast Restoration
Restoring volume and shape after weight loss.
Weight loss — especially rapid weight loss — frequently depletes breast volume and causes significant ptosis (drooping). GLP LIFT restores fullness, shape, and projection through augmentation and natural fat grafting techniques.
Implant-based augmentation to restore lost volume and improve breast shape and projection. Customized to your body proportions and aesthetic goals.
Target Area
Flanks & Chest
Sculpting the sides and upper body.
The flanks and chest are common areas of residual fat and skin laxity after weight loss. Targeted liposuction and contouring procedures restore a smooth, defined silhouette from every angle.
Removal of stubborn fat deposits along the sides and lower back — the 'love handles' — to create a tapered, contoured waistline.
Target Area
Face & Neck
Completing your transformation from head to toe.
Rapid weight loss accelerates facial aging — hollowing the cheeks, deepening folds, and creating laxity in the neck and jawline. GLP LIFT's facial procedures restore a youthful, refreshed appearance that matches your transformed body.
Repositions and tightens the facial soft tissues to address jowling, deep nasolabial folds, and midface descent caused by weight loss and aging.
Target Area
Arms & Thighs
Restoring definition to the limbs.
Excess skin on the arms and thighs is one of the most visible reminders of prior weight — and one of the most difficult to conceal. Arm lift and thigh lift procedures remove this skin and restore a toned, proportional appearance.
Removal of excess skin and fat from the upper arm, from the underarm to the elbow. Eliminates the 'bat wing' appearance and creates a firmer, more defined arm contour.
Preparing for Surgery
Preparing for Surgery
Your safety and the quality of your results depend on thorough medical preparation. All GLP LIFT patients are required to meet the following criteria before any procedure.
Stable Weight — 3 to 6 Months
We recommend that all patients maintain a stable weight for at least 3 to 6 months before scheduling a consultation. Operating on a body that is still losing weight can compromise your results — as continued weight loss after surgery may cause new skin laxity and undermine the outcome. Weight stability is the foundation of a successful procedure.
Primary Care Visit — 30 Days Prior
All patients must see their primary care physician within 30 days before surgery. This visit is essential to medically optimize your health ahead of your procedure and ensure you are a safe surgical candidate.
Laboratory Blood Work
Comprehensive lab work is required to rule out anemia, vitamin deficiencies, and other conditions that can impair wound healing and increase surgical risk. Results must be reviewed and cleared by your primary care physician prior to your procedure date.
Strict Nicotine-Free Policy
GLP LIFT has a zero-tolerance policy for nicotine use. Smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco, nicotine patches, and all other nicotine products are strictly prohibited before and after surgery. Nicotine severely impairs blood flow and wound healing, significantly increasing the risk of complications, poor scarring, and tissue loss. Patients who use any form of nicotine will not be cleared for surgery.
These requirements are non-negotiable and exist to protect your health and ensure the best possible surgical outcome. Our team will guide you through each step during your consultation.
